Russ records “Marianna” using some of the finest recording gear available including Chandler Limited®, Daking, Royer®, Langevin® and Pendulum Audio.
With the project studio in mind, Russ tracks “Lost in the Radio” utilizing affordable Shure® SM57 microphones and a Mackie® 1604 mixer. All of Russ’s engineering choices are captured close-up and include mic position, EQ settings, compression settings, and more.
