  1. i’ve got a question about the filter, does it apply to the master or to the channel you’ve got sellected in the fx department?

  2. yeah…you need to get a program like virtual dj and some sort of soundcard to hook them up. It works like any other mixer, I have one and I love it.

  3. i have a question please, i bought the DJM 700 , can i change the cross fader unit and replace it with a crossfader and rotary kit from the 800 ? can it be done ?

  4. yes djm 800 has color fx but djm 700 has frequency filer – so i can change frequency of effects – thats like hi, mid and low on efx 1000!!!! – thats very good thing that djm 800 dont have!!! djm 800 has just 4-5 effects more than djm 700!!!!

  5. i like 700 Black more than 800.

yeah i know 800 got more Features ‘n’ FX but 700 Black are good for me too 🙂

  6. 700 doe not have infinity eq,only -26+6dB,i do not know if there is con of this mixer,i want to buy 700 or korg zero 4

  7. Ummmm around 2:30 he says you have to replace the whole panel??? Isn’t that false information? The 800 gives you another access panel to replace the crossfader…..and just replace the slider itself….lol, not a huge deal….on the 700, lift up the panel, replace the fader….then put the access panel back. He makes it seem like its a big block that is one item by itself.

  8. What one would you recommend and why?

I know the 800 is industry standard but thats not a reason to buy it over the 700…

i cant decide between them… please help 🙂

  9. 4.29 is bullshit because the 800 has the same flexibility on the color effects. In addition to frequency, the DJM 800 has 3 more effects such as harmonic, sweep, and cruch that are frexible with any of the beat effects except on the roll effect.
